Dear guests,

We are very pleased that you have chosen our hotel and we would like to welcome you. For the sake of clarity, we would like to inform you about our terms and conditions below in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

Room reservation, arrival and departure
The reservation of a room usually becomes binding on both sides with the signing and return of your confirmation or a formal acceptance by e-mail.

Should you also specify a particular room number in addition to the desired room category, we will make every effort to accommodate your wishes.

The rooms will be at your disposal from 03.00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage on site. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m. Late check-out can only be granted upon consultation and with possible charges.

Credits for meals not taken and other services
If you check out at the reception by 12:00 noon the same day, you will receive the following credit for the dinner of your half-board arrangement:
The full amount if you dine with us in the à la carte restaurant.

CHF 25.-/29.- per person if you dine out.

Services which are included in your arrangement or booked package but not used by you will not be refunded.

For dog lovers
We are a dog-friendly hotel and you are welcome to bring your four-legged, house-trained friend. The dog is allowed in some of our rooms and we kindly ask you to register your dog. We charge  CHF 15.- per day. Unfortunately your dog is not allowed in the dining room during breakfast or dinner. However, the dog is welcome to accompany you in the public restaurant and Stübli.

We would like to point out that you are fully responsible and liable for any damage caused by your dog. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning expenses that exceed the normal amount.

Cancellation or no-show
Cancellations are handled according to Art. 160 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). Swiss law is exclusively applicable. The place of jurisdiction is the district court of Maloja/Engadin.

  • Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation 29 – 15 days before arrival: 50% of the net arrangement fee
  • Cancellation 14 – 7 days before arrival: 70% of the net-arrangement fee
  • Cancellation 6 – 0 days before arrival: 100% of the net arrangement fee

This regulation comes into force only if we cannot sublet the room. This regulation is also valid in case of late arrival or early departure. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with the agency ELVIA, if you do not already have it privately. We will gladly send you these documents by mail.
